Legal Question in Family Law in Florida
I live in the state of Florida. As soon as my children and I escaped our abusive situation after over a year of enduring torment, and a week of my daughter disappearing which led to a Missing Children investigation, he filed a false injunction out of revenge and the judge has taken over the CPS case that came up as a result. I have waited over two weeks to get my children back home and the supervised visitation I am enduring should be exactly what the abuser should be doing. My children have expressed continued abuse and neglect in my absence and a CPS investigation has been opened against my spouse. I am afraid for my children's safety as I have no recourse because of the injunction to check on their welfare. Keeping them in an abusive situation until October 18th is unacceptable. I am searching for an attorney who has the ability to drop the CPS case against me so my children can come back to our new safe house home.

First off have no idea what county you live in. Secondly, I believe you need to apply for legal aid at the nearest facility in the county you reside in and find out who is up for handling this case for you. You case is in the hands of the State of Florida not the civil courts. This is a dependency action and you will need someone familiar with that court.
