Legal Question in Family Law in Florida
I live in the state of Florida, and I am currently going through a divorce my question is do I have to appear in court or can my attorney represent me without me being there?

Depending on what is taking place, for the most part, if it's a simple Motion that requires no testimony you do not need to be present, however for hearings that require testimony of the parties that may require your presence. If the issue is distance, you can always request a telephonic appearance for hardship reasons.
