Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

I live in the state of Florida. What would happen to a 17 year old who leaves a note for his parents saying he will be back later, then leaves to hang out with his girlfriend when his parents do not give him permission to do so. He isn't saying he is running away but he will be back later

Depends on what your parents want to do with you. You should have talked with them first.
