Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

I live in the state of florida, it seems that the state legislature is trying to by pass the judicial branch by allowing clerks of the courts to handle certain civil cases involving family law such as child support and not allowing defendants any opportunity to fair and legal representation which the florida supreme court said defendants should have. Because I cannot find any attorney that is willing to help or give advice without being compensated I am screwed, Legal Aid won't help because they say unless it has to do with custody or something related to that, they don't get involved. I am a 57 year old unemployed black male, when I was ordered to pay child support I had no income due to the fact that I had employees embezzelling and stealing from my company and put me out of business. But because this new system of allowing clerks of the court or hearing officers to play politics and denying defendants legal representation they make up their own rules, thus causing more hardship on children and families. I am now in the process of trying to keep my driver license from being suspended, wait a minute, I filed a writ of centauri showing why my license should not be suspended and the judge granted my request pending the state showing why he should not. But instead of filing objections, all they did was set a hearing to contest my request to not have my license suspended. They did not respond to what the judge asked, but in the mean time the state has suspended my license without cause and without a hearing and without justification since I filed a writ of centerio asking for a stay which was granted pending objections which was never filede for the judge to make a determination. My question is, since the state failed to follow the judges instructions and file their objections in the time allowed and all they ask for was a hearing to contest my request to deny suspension of driver license and yet the state has suspended my license without cause and before the hearing, what do I do next to get my driver license reinstated immediatedly.

You know that this forum is to help not for you to grand stand. You needed to file an appeal but your time is probably up. I suggest you start all over and file a Petition to Modify your child support payments. You can deny having the magistrate hear your case. However, you run the risk of making the judge angry and you could end up in jail.
