Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

I live in a another state from my ex and he wants me to sign a Waiver of Process and Acceptance of Service. I understand what this is for, but there is a portion that says Respondent further consents and agrees to waive all mandatory financial disclosures required under the Florida Family Law Rule of Procedure 12.285.

Is this routine?

It depends. Would need to see what you are being served. If this is for a divorce and you waive his financial disclosures - you may be signing away your rights to income that would be yours.
