Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

I live in the state of new york and pay my state of FL child support bi-monthly. Since April 2012 i've been receiving Past due amounts constantly at one point 4 within a 3 week period all stating different amounts for the same case. Upon contacting the Dept of Child Support Enforcement they then give me another amount different from the past due received that same day. In June of 2012 I contested the past due amount and was provided a court appreance which happened to be 6 days after receiving the court appreance. Since I live in NY I was unable to appear and asked to appear by telephone. That request went unheard. Up until last week I stopped receiving these notices up until last week which this past due gave an amount almost triple the last. I then called dept of revenue and they could not give me any information besides another amount that was higher than the notice that stated Nov 6. I was then directed to call Polk County Clerk. After speaking with the clerk they stated that dept of revenue turned the case over to them on Sept 11. 2012. I feel that i'm continously being harrassed by the Dept of Revenue and cannot get a correct answer from anyone. This has caused me and my family undue stress and agitation along with the countless hours of being on hold and not getting the answers I deserve. Is it possible to sue this dept for anguish and untold stress relating to this? Or can anyone help me?

You have no case to sue at all. Best you can do is have the clerk audit the file to determine the irregularity with the account. Contact my office for free consultation.
