Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

My ex lives in Alabama and I live in Florida. I have custofy of our daughter and recently asked for support. Now the mother(non-custodial parent) wants our daughter to live with her. Can this happen? Also, she is not paying child support and now owes over $13,000. What can I do?

If she files papers to that effect you will have to show why she was the non-custodial parent and that you are the stablility in your daughter's life. Also you daughter can testify as she is old enough. I assume she wants to remain with you.? AS to child support, you can contact the Child Support Enforcement Division in your area and start the paperwork on getting support.
