Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

I am still living with my future X husband due to me being out of work right now. We are living as room mates only. We are seeing other people. It was a mutual agreement. We are seperated . No legal papers signed though. He does make 31,500.00 annually. His name is on the mortgage for 61,712.00. I am out of work due to the recession. I have been looking for work now for 1 1/2 yrs. He is looking to move out and I don\'t have any income at all to live on. My question is am I entitled to alamony? \n\n-Shirley Melina Anderer

You haven't given enough information. The most important question is: how long have you been married? But there are many, many more factors that go into the analysis of whether you are likely entitled to alimony.
