If I am living with my girlfriend and I have my children around her will it look bad or give me any disadvatages when I divorce my wife?

It won't look good. The biggest problem is one of morality. It looks bad that you are sleeping overnnight with your girlfriend. You should ask a local family law attorney to see exactly how it will affect your case.
