What do I do if no one can locate my divorce decree from 1995/1996 and I need it to get married?

If your divorce judgment has been lost by a Florida clerk's office (something I've never heard of happening) then you'll either have to petition a judge in that county to recreate your divorce judgment or get divorced again. If your judgment was lost in another state, you'd have to speak with an attorney in that state to find out what to do.
