Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

Not long ago I went through divorce. As part of the settlement I agreed to take on the responsibility of the martial residence, including the mortgages(1st & 2nd). I thought that between the child support, alimony, and my income that I would be able to afford the bills associated with the home, I even had my parents move in 2 weeks after my settlement to help me. It seems I was wrong, I can't make the payments and now my ex-husband has filed a Civil Contempt/Enforcement against me. I am now over 12000.00 in debt to the mortgage companies and while the house is in my name the mortgage is in my ex-husbands, however, I agreed to pay and hold him harmless. He has filed to stop paying my alimony in these court papers. Is there anything I can do?

You will have to seek a modification of the prior court order.
