Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

How long does it take for child support be garnished from the father's wages? The father have been working for awhile, and the child support enforcement office submitted request on 08/04/2012 to the employer, and as of todate, I have not heard anything, and my child is in dire need of this money.

If child support has already put in a request from your child's employer than unfortunately all you can do is wait. If you have questions or concerns you should contact them.
