Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

How long after filing for a Simplifed Dissolution of Marriage with Property and NO Dependents in Orange County FLorida and the other party has been served, do I have to go to a final hearing before i have to pay the filing fee again?

You shouldn't have to pay another filing fee. The case should stay open until you set it for final hearing.
