Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

Long question. My boyfriend has a 3 year old that he is filing for full custody for. The 3 year old makes claims that " mommy naps all day" "mommy hurts me" and so on. She gave a detailed description of her mother's work, which we suspect to be stripping. And a detailed account of how mommy pushed her head into a chair for not listening. She claims both her mother and her mothers boyfriend hurt her. However a 3 year olds claims will get us no where in court. The little girl has severe medical issues and receives 2 shots a day and is on a pump at night as well as having her sugars checked throughout the day. She states mommy doesn't put her on her pump, give her her pill, or check her sugar. We have photos of any bruises, cuts, or other oddities she comes to us with. The mother has made many false claims and we have medical records and doctor testimonies to claim false appointments, unauthorized removal from her pump, and many missed appointments. We know the battle with the mother will be messy. What other evidence do we need to help back the little girls claims? We are very concerned for her health and her safety. We just need to be able to prove this negligence/ lies/ and abuse in court.

you need to file neglect claim with the Dept of Children and Family Services, have them do an investigation. If they can prove your evidence, they will remove the child from the home and you can petition the court for custody.
