Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

can i lose custody?

My husband of 3 years was arrested on 7 counts of lewd & lascivious molestation. My daughter and her friend said he touched them in a way that made them feel uncomfortable. I don't really believe anything happened, but the friend's mom called the cops and it looks like the state will be pressing charges. My ex got an injunction to keep my husband out of the house when my daughter is here. My ex proposed that he take custody of the kids so I can have my husband at home with me. I just want to have my husband AND my kids here. I really need the child support to live, so this would be a problem. What are my rights? And what do you think could happen next - from a custody perspective? Does my ex have grounds for a change in custody if I don't agree to his plan? I don't know what to do.
