Loss of Parental Rights

if father decides not to comply with case plan and his parental rights are removed, will it be valid in all 50 states and what if him and mom reunite later what are the potential repercussions of loss of rights and non completion of the case plan?

You are not clear as to what the father is not complying with which will result in his loss of parental rights, but all states should abide by the ruling of the Florida court in a divorce and custody issue.

As for the effect of reuniting, if the couple were to reunite I do not see how there could be a custody issue.
