No. You must appeal to the District Court of Appeals covering the County in which the case is filed.

As stated previously, you would need to appeal the case in the proper District Court of Appeal that covers Alachua County. How long ago was the Order issued by the court? By appeal, do you mean to request a rehearing on the custody issues?
