i lost my job for 3 months and got behind in support 1100 just paid 450 and am now under a deduction order. but i am being charged with contempt of court. what is going to happen to me?

If you think you are eligible for modification of child support, you should file right away. Are you presently employed and able to get caught up with support payments? If you are, then make the payments needed to get you current. If you do not act right away, any of a variety of things may happen to you, driver's license suspension, IRS refund interception, etc.
