Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

Lost Son! Fight for Custody

I was hsopitalized for taking pills, was baker acted, and I have schizophrenia. My son was to stay with my boyfriend and his family for a few days while I was in the hospital. This is my 4th time being hospitalized in 4 months. I am now considered stable. They couldn't care for him so they had the paternal grandmother come get him. Now that I am out I have moved and grandma refuses to return my son. She is asking me to sign over temporary custody of my son because of my mental illness. She is making unreasonable demands on me and says I can't see my son. She says if I do not sign the custody order that she will fight and win permanent custody of my son because of my mental illness. She is also claiming I abandoned my son while in the hospital. She is also trying to use the fact that I have had 3 boyfriends in the last three years and lived with two of them against me. Child Protective Services is now involved, but no on will tell me what is going on. I want my son back. I am now stable and my psychiatrist says I can care for my son. Please help.
