Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

Ok right no I'm having a lot of problems getting to see me daughter. Her mother has no permanent place to live she does not work, just very unstable and I only get to see my daughter 4 days a month. I want custody of my daughter but I'm not in the financial situation to jus go and get a lawyer today and be done. I want to know how to make this happen on my own if I can. Also I'm not trying to take my daughter from he mother I jus want to make sure that she is safe if her mother can just be stable I don't mind 50/50. I already have a mediated agreement that needs to be changed immediately. What do I do first or how should I handle this situation

You need to show a material substantial unanticipated change that warrants a change to time sharing (visitation). Send the last agreement to an attorney for review. You would proceed by petition but the petition needs to be legally sufficient or else you are not likely to be successful.
