Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

i need a lot of help. when i was 16 i had my son. well i had no place to live and no job. the father of my son in order to seek revenge asked to babysit and never returned. well knowing i had no one to turn to or money to get help i was really at a dead end road. over the years i have been trying to find him to serve him papers but could never get a address. well he just served me chid support papers and i have to right a letter responding to the summons. well i dont even no where to begin. 1 i dont want to give him money because i no for a fact he is a drug user, i would really like to go and get what ever it is he needs my self so i no he has it. and two i want to make sure i get custody. thisw guy is the biggest low life you will ever meet. he doesnt have a steady residence or job and i dont no what to do. i miss my son very much and he doest even no who i am. please i need help i have tried to get help but nobody has done anything. i dont have much money, but i no i would do a better job than him as a perent because i no his family very well. if anybody could please help me please..............................let me no. i have nobody to turn to and i am all alone. contact me a my email [email protected]

Did he kidnap your child? Did you report it? If not, why not? The court will determine who will get custody and what the support payments will be.
