Legal Question in Family Law in Florida
My ex is lying about paying child care for my daughter. When we went to court for child support she said she was paying $600 a month to her grandmother's sister. I found out is not true. Next week we have a hearing with the judge to adjust the CS amount because my hours got cut down. How should I present to the judge my ex is lying about the child care? Do I have to bring the grandmother to testify is she's getting paid or not? How I can make the judge look into it? Thanks

yes if you know what she will say. You can also subpoena cancelled checks, bank statement and paid receipts.
Ask her to show proof, Documentation, send out a request to produce. Have the grandmother's sister personally testify in court.
Speak to local attorney as to your Judge. Most Judges say Day Care is deductible only if paid to a licensed Day Care provider.
