I would like to have my maiden name back,I got divorced years ago and now that my son is older and married I would like my name back.What papers do I need to do this myself or do I need a lawyer?

You can file a Petition for a Name Change - you will need to get your fingerprint card to attach to it and get a hearing date. You will need to prepare te Order approving the Name Change for the Judge to sign.
