Legal Question in Family Law in Florida
mail opening and read by person not addressed to
I have a situation where I wrote a letter to one person, and another person at that address opened and read the information. The letter was clearly addressed to the intended person. I know that it is against the law to open mail that is not address to you, however, my question is that some of that information was personal, very personal, could that be used against me . . . especially since it was opened fraudently?

That's not really a question, it's a statement. You can report what happened to the postmaster. What's your question?
