How do i make him moke out?
i want the divorce but i want to remain in our residence and have him move out, he owns ten other houses.

If you file for divorce and you have children, then you can request Exclusive Use and Possession of the Marital Home. There are different factors which you would have to satisfy to get this relief which requires much more detail then can be explained in this answer.
