Legal Question in Family Law in Florida
I am a male. I may be the father of a child! The mother and I have had a disagreement. I am pursuing paternity. The child's mother obtained a temporary injunction based upon untruths. Just prior to the court hearing, when I could have proved that everything negative she swore to was false, for example harrasing phone calls from my cell number, she withdrew the petition for injunction without prejudice. How do I get this Temporary injunction removed from my record?

If she withdrew then there should be no record of it.
