Legal Question in Family Law in Florida
What can a man do that is paying child support for someone else's child and the mother knows this as well. Is there a national pro bono organization that can assist this person?

You have to petition the court to dis-establish paternity. Contact my office for free consultation 727-446-7659

there are pro bono offices located in every county, however, you may not qualify depending on your income. You will need to file a petition to dis-establish paternity in order to be released from paying child support - please note that you will NOT be entitled to a refund.
