If a man is being pursued by another state for child support and has some proof that he is not the biological father, what does he need to do? Also, cannot afford a lawyer.

Depending on whether or not his man has signed the birth certificate stating he is the father, he may have to immediately file a Petition to Disestablish Paternity. If they are merely looking for him to complete the paperwork re: child support and paternity has not been established then he may just need to provide them the dna paperwork.
