Can a man request a paternity test after a child has been born and another man is
listed on the birth certificate?

Hello:
I don't mean to be too much like a lawyer, but...you don't state what relationship the man wanting the Pat. test has with the mother. If he is her husband, then yes, but only if there is a legal case pending, such as a divorce. If he is unrelated to the mother, but is being sued in a Pat. case, the answer is yes.
