Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

marital contract re: terms of reconciliation

my spouse and i reconciled last year after a 3 month separation. I did not want to reconcile and agreed to so only under certain terms that were put into writing in a legally binding contract, signed, notarized, etc. one of the terms is that if either party decides it's not working, he is to leave quietly and quickly. I have been trying for months (asking, begging, screaming) to get him out. we had a couples counseling session where he agreed to go august 1. he has not left. my only family is in north carolina, i have 2 siblings willing to take me in, one of them even has a vehicle available for me, our marriage has been in termoil the whole time we've been together. we've been living in a state of separation for years, in separate bedrooms our 4 children only know their parents living this way and are being raised in an environment that is not healthy. i am financially dependent on him, have been a stay at home mom, working for him from home. he has stripped me of everything, i have no vehicle, credit, money, or resources. my question is, where do i begin in forcing him out? or , if i choose to be the one to leave, can i get in trouble taking the kids out of state? as said, i have nothing here, he has his very large family.
