Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

Marital dispute

How am i suppose handle a situation where my wife sleeps on the couch and i in the room. She constantly lies about were she is going and who with. She doesn't perform the duties of a wife in the bedroom. What do i do about it? I have two kids so i also need to know what i do about them as well.

What leaps out at me immediately is the need for family counseling, There is a problem and if you cannot talk among yourselves, get counseling with a minister, a licensed mental health counselor, or any one who can fit that bill.

I don't think the marriage is "irretrievably" broken.

I would first recommend marriage counseling. If that does not work after several months, then contact a local family law attorney about getting a divorce. Try to make you marriage work first for the sake of your kids if nothing else.
