Marital Home
My wife is having an affair and is having the man she is having the affair with staying at my home with my kids there. Can I move back into my home and have her move out we are not divorceed or separated at the current time

Is this a moral issue or what? Are you claiming that the children are affected by this arrangement? You moved out for a reason? How long have you been out of the home?
You should life for temporary custody of the children and for the marital home if all this is ruining your marriage.
Get yourself a good family attorney in your county of residence and have him sort through this morass. Give him the anwers to the above questions.
