Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

Marriage License

How can I find out where and if in the United States that someone has a marriage Lic. I think that the ex spouse has gotten married recently and is still receiving alimony. Im sure that the marriage had to be out of the county in which I live in order to avoid the local newspaper posting.

Re: Marriage License

You can either go online and search the public records of every county you think he or she may have gotten married in (and some counties may not even have that function) or you can hire an attorney or private investigator to do it for you. Most attorneys and private investigators have search systems that search multiple counties and states at once. You may even be able to use one of the online systems, like USSearch.com, but I don't know how good they are.
