Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

We got our marriage license in florida but got married in alabama. We put a florida address on the license. Does that mean we arent married? I want a divorce and he wont give me one so can i use this or will it end up getting me in more trouble?

I am sure the license was addressed as to where you were married and filed appropriately. If you desire a divorce, contact my office for an appointment. It is not necessary for your ex husband to be to sign documents. He can be served in the last known residence by newspaper.
