Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

marriage

I want to move to a new house but my husband who is cheating on me doesnt want to rent, the rent is the same , in this case if i move is he obligated to keep paying the rent. I also have a two years old boy.

You would need to initiate an action in court and ask for temporary spousal support. A hearing would determine whether you are entitled to the support (in whatever form), whether your husband is able to pay, and how much you are entitled to. It depends on income and ability (and inability) to work. With a toddler at home, the court would probably find that you do not have to work right now, at least not full time. If you have custody of the child (temporary or permanent), you will be entitled to child support.
