Legal Question in Family Law in Florida
Marriage Proposal
We are doing a Mock Trial at Jackson Academy and our scenario is while listning to a scanner on T.V. news we heard a marrige proposal from a man to a women then he changed his mind 2 weeks before the ceremony and does not want to marry the women. Some of the students who heard the proposal substantiate the claim and agreed to testify in a suit filed by the women in civil court. The question that we want to ask is whether or not information heard on the cell phone can be used in court? Please give us a answer back we start a trials in 1 week.

Do your research the way you were taught in class -- in a law library, not by asking attorneys to give you the answer.
