Legal Question in Family Law in Florida
If you are in a marriage where the wife is an alcohloic, drunk all the time, children are aware, she is driving them home from school functions drunk.
Children can verify this, and are old enouth to know better, at age 15 and 12.
Husband has asked her many times to leave, and get help. will not go. Even children had said this to her.
Is there any way to Baker Act her or get her to leave the home before something serious happens to the children or husband.
They all want her to leave.

You solution may be a Myers Act (for alcoholics) rather than a Baker Act (for people who have dangerous mental difficulties). The other solution may be a legal separation suit or a divorce.
