Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

My marriage to my wife lasted for about 22 years and the last 10 years of it she became verbally abusive and accused me of cheating and kicked me out. I live on my own now and she won't grant me a divorce because she says I cheated on her and she conjured up some false documents stating so. I have recently found someone and am wanting to move forward. Can this someone move in with me? is this considered adultery and can I be imprisoned for this?

1.Yes, you can live with her. There is no imprisonment for adultery.

2. You should sue for divorce. You do not need her consent.
