Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

If I was married and has just begun process of divoricing my husband, in the state of Floridais it okay for me and our 18month daughter move to Alabama and just return for court dates? I need family support and my husband is threatening everyone I stay with. I received divorce papers that stated lies andmore lies today. He has even suggested that I should have no custody rights and that his parents should adopt our daughter! I am in shock! He has done ZERO work in one year, is abusive and parties with friends everynight. I have worked at a daycare and then a bakery to keep us barely living on min. wage. Problem is his family and friends live all around. They will certainly lie and think nothing about it. I LOVE MY BABY AND AM A VERY LOVING MOTHER. What should my next step be? Thank you
