Legal Question in Family Law in Florida
Can a married couple of 16 years, with more than ten years of permanent residency in the State of Florida select and mutually hire one attorney to represent both; the Husband and the Wife, in a matter of Florida Family Law, Divorce, with dependant children?

As long as parties agree on how to divide debts and assets, and agree on how to set up the timeshare with the kids, yes, it is possible to use one attorney, but even then, it's unwise. If, for instance, one side is getting a raw deal, the attorney isn't allowed to say so.
