Legal Question in Family Law in Florida
we were married in a court house[38 years ago] with by a judge! then her mother insisted on a rabbi marrage because she was jewish! it was just a letter from that rabbi, because he was the only one willing to marry a gentile and a jewish person! we have to get a divorce, is the courthouse divorce legally enough??? i need to break clean of all finances! do i need to free myself from that rabbi cerimoney also??? ---- if so how???

The plain old courthouse divorce is enough. You can have 1,000 ceremonies, but one divorce wipes them all out.
