Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

If I am not married to the father and the fathers name will not be on the birth certificate and he has not paid any bit of money to help me with doctor bills or anything, does he have any rights to the child once the child is born? If so, what rights? And will these rights go away after a certain time if he doesn't help or do something?

Yes, the father has rights and they are the same rights that you have to the child. Unfortunately, his rights will not go away unless he signs them away or he has them taken away by the court.
