Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

I was married in Fl and relocated to the Bahamas. My husband is not a US citizen/resident. We have 1 child together. If I move back to FL, file for divorce and he does not contest, can I then move out of state? Will I be granted full custody since he lives in the Bahamas and I live in the states?

Not without court permission and probably not.

You have to get permission from the court to relocate.
