Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

I was married in the Florida, I live in Barbados. My spouse lives in the USA. I recently found out she never filed for a divorce and I would like to file.

You can still file in Florida if your wife still resides here. Otherwise, you would have to look to the current state where she resides and a determination needs to be made whether you have standing to file there.
