As long as you are divorced before you get married in El Salvador, Florida (and every U.S. state) will recognize your El Salvadoran wedding. As long as you have a marriage license and a wedding ceremony (huge or tiny, it doesn't matter), the U.S. doesn't care where you get married. Get a certified translation of your El Salvadoran marriage license, and you should have no problem changing your U.S. driver's license and social security card (I think you indicated you were a U.S. citizen in your last post) to your new, married name. It's all legal.

Best wishes in your new marriage.
