Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

Hi,
I was married in florida on 26th july 2009, things are not fine since then. We fight evryday in small topics. He finds out reasons to fight. He says get lost , I am a pain . He says he will try to work it out till july2010 and if it doesnot workl out will file for a divorce then , and i am free to walk out of this relation anytime now. It is ok with him if I leave him now. I am not sure what to do in this situation cause he doesnot appreciate me , always disrespects me . No intimacy between us. He doesnot initiates physical initimacy and if i try he says i should go and buy condoms if I am intrested. Recently I found out he is hanging around with his colleague a lot and he never told me about it. I want to get out of this hell. I am not working now and is financially dependent on him. Please advise as to what is the law and what I should be doing in this situation? Thank you.Regards

File for divorce. It is very easy at this stage since there are no children. Start over and find a better man. The one you have seems to be a loser.
