Legal Question in Family Law in Florida
My ex and I were never married so I have full custody. In the last three month he has has stopped paying child support, he abandoned her in every other way long before that. Is it possible to have his parental rights terminated?-

It's possible to terminate his rights, but it depends on what you mean by "long before." If a parent ceases contact with a child for several years (about eight or nine or so), a judge will often terminate the rights of the parent. Otherwise, judges are very reluctant take a parent from a child.
