Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

I have been married to my husband which is 100% disabliled with the V.A. since 1996.My question is, our marriage has become too unbearable to live in since his 3 sons (adult sons) run the house, and not in a good way. I am sick and tired of all of them. None of them contribute to the house hold and still think that it is up to daddy to take care of them. I can not get my husband to understand that they need to grow up and leave. Instead they make me out to be the terrible stepmother. All the while taking advantage of their father (my husband) I just do not know what to do except to get a divorce. And I was wanting to know what if any benefits am I entitled to? And will I be able to recieve aliomony, because I haven not worked outside of the house in 5 years. Can you please give me some advice. My e-mail is [email protected]

Sincerly, Kathy

As a general rule, you are not entitled to a portion of his disability and it doesn't sound like you are entitled to alimony (how could he even pay it?), though I'd have to know more about your situation to advise you better.
