Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

My ex and I were never married and have 2 kids together who live with my fiancee and I for over a year now My ex is going to try to take them back what are my rights how do I fight it???

He would have to file a petition for custody and you would answer it accordingly. I doubt that he would get custody but he would be allowed a visitation schedule. In essence you can ask for child support.
