Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

My married name vs. my maiden name

I am still carrying my married name. If I will get married again for the second time, my husband's last name would replace (overwrite my married name) by law?

Also, can I use my maiden name hyphenated with my husband's last name, together?

Re: My married name vs. my maiden name

You can use any name you like if you file the proper documents with the clerk of court.
